It was performed by a workforce of experts from the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE) at IIT-D.

“Long-term practitioners reported higher private management and lower illness concern in contracting Covid-19 than the mid-term or beginner organizations. Mid-Term and long-term practitioners also noted perceiving lower emotional impact of lower risk and Covid-19 in contracting Covid-19 than the beginners,” IIT-D said in a statement.

The study found that long term practitioners had “highest peace of mind, lowest depression & anxiety, with no substantial variation in the mid-term along with the novice user group”.
